How Long Does a Shopify Refund Take?
Refund processing time depends on the refund method, the merchant, and the card issuer.
If we’re talking about credit and debit card refunds managed within Shopify, it usually takes 5 – 10 business days for you to see your refund. There might be slight differences between the processing time for credit cards versus debit cards, depending on your customer’s bank.
We must emphasize that Shopify refunds can only be sent to the original payment method. If your card is expired or canceled, the bank sends the refund to the new card or, if you don't have a new card, to the bank account.
Our return policy is 30 days from date of purchase.
It is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping on all returns. We will cover the shipping on the exchanged items. Please be sure to check sizing charts before you purchase to avoid this cost to you. If you need help with sizing please send an email or message us on our Facebook messenger and we will get back to you ASAP.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with original tags and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with a note saying reason for return.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Please make sure you ask for a tracking number from your regular postal service (does not have to be courier as cost is expensive) To save on shipping costs, please put the value of goods in as $5.00 no more and on the shipping form, please select DEFECTIVE GOODS as reason to return. Do not purchase the insurance or send priority. We only ask for a TRACKING NUMBER. Regular post will do. As soon as we receive the emailed photo of the receipt with the tracking number, we will immediately send you the exchange or replacement at no cost to you.

CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE!
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective by no fault of the customer. If you have received an item that is defective from no fault of your own or missing parts we will exchange it for the same item if we have it in stock or a similar item of choice of the same or lesser value. (item must still be in new condition and 90 days from purchase date)
If you need to exchange your item, please send us photos along with a description of the defect. Sometimes it's just from our factory and can be resolved with just an email. email@example.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
