Our Return Policy

You have 30 days from purchase for returns. Items must be unused, with original tags, and in their original condition. We have the right to refuse returns that have strong odors of perfumes and cigarette smoke, pet hair and make up stains.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover shipping costs for exchanges. This excludes gloves, it is the customers responsibility to make sure they are ordering the correct hand. We have gone through great detail to make sure there is no confusion when ordering your glove for the correct hand. If wrong hand is ordered we will be happy to exchange it at customers expense.

For a return, include a receipt, a note detailing the reason, and the original packaging. This helps us make sure you get refunded in a timely matter. Sending product back to us without any information can delay the process.

Refunds take 5 – 10 business days via Shopify and are issued to the original payment method. We do not have access to your credit card for security reasons so we can not charge your card for you. You must go online and create the purchase yourself. We can only issue refunds back to your method of payment or issue a gift card in the amount of the return. The choice is yours!

Clearance items are non-refundable.

Quality Guarantee: We replace defective items within 90 days of purchase at our discrepancy. Items that have been mis treated from neglect will not qualify.

For international returns, label the package 'DEFECTIVE GOODS,' declare its value as $5, and provide a tracking number.
