How Pre-Orders Work

When you pre-order a Kandy Golf item, you're reserving your size before the item arrives. Because many of our limited-edition prints are produced in quantities of only 100 pieces worldwide, pre-ordering is the best way to secure the style and size you love.

What to Expect

Your payment is processed when you place your order.
You'll receive an order confirmation by email right away.

Pre-order items are not currently in stock.
Your order reserves your size while the item is being produced.

Production begins once the minimum order quantity is reached.
We always work to have our pre-orders completed as quickly as possible. Many are completed within approximately 30 days, however, depending on production requirements, please allow up to 90 days.

We'll keep you updated.
We'll share production updates as your items progress. You can follow us on Facebook or subscribe to our email list for the latest pre-order updates.

We'll let you know as soon as it's on the way.
Once your item arrives and is ready to ship, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
