These adorable pocket skorts with frill are the CUTEST!!! The only thing wrong is the bottom edge is raw and somehow got missed with our traditional finished edging. So what this means is the bottom of the skort is not finished. Some love this look but for me it's just not up to my high quality standards. Because of this issue, I am selling these off super CHEAP!! Please remember, Seconds are FINAL SALE.
