New Import Fees on Canadian Shipments

To our wonderful American customers,

We want to let you know about an additional charge that some customers are now seeing when their Kandy Golf orders arrive in the United States.

UPS may request payment of approximately $35 USD in import fees before delivering your package. The amount shown on a recent Kandy Golf shipment was $34.50 USD, although the amount charged may vary from one order to another.

Why Is UPS Collecting This Fee?

Recent changes to US import and tariff policies mean that packages entering the United States may now be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes and customs-processing charges—even when the order is relatively small.

UPS processes the package through US Customs and collects any applicable import fees before completing delivery.

This charge:

• Is separate from the shipping fee paid to Kandy Golf.

• Is calculated after the package enters the United States.

• Is collected by UPS on behalf of the applicable customs process.

• Is not set by Kandy Golf, and Kandy Golf does not receive any portion of it.

• May vary according to the order’s value, products, materials and country of manufacture.

If UPS sends you a payment notice, paying online before delivery is recommended. UPS advises that an additional surcharge may be applied if the import fees are not paid in advance.
